Our products, which are a traditional Wiltshire cure from British pigs include Fresh cut gammons, Primal Gammons (boneless), Collars whole and jointed, and Forehocks whole and jointed.

Our sliced bacon range includes British traditionally smoked & plain rind on back and rindless bacon plain and traditionally smoked also from British pigs with 97% meat content.
We slice rindless backs and smoked rindless backs from a Wiltshire cure (a product of the EEC) with 93% meat content.
Our latest sliced bacon product is a dry cure rindless back from British pigs, plain and smoked with 97% meat content.
